Foundation Certificate - Office Clerk

StudentThe Office Clerk certificate program helps prepare students to enter administrative office positions. This field provides employment opportunities that are in great demand by business. The program provides hands-on training in business software such as Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.

Students explore opportunities available in a wide range of office careers and focus on developing necessary skills for specific office careers. Graduates of this one quarter program will receive a Certificate of Completion. Students may enter the work place upon completion or continue their education. Credits earned will transfer directly to the Administrative Office Professional, Computer-Based Accounting or Medical Administrative Specialist certificate programs.

Steps To Success
Upon successful completion, students may enter the work place or continue their education. The Office Clerk certificate program is a pathway model which means that it is a prerequisite of the Administrative Office Professional, Bookkeeping, and Medical Administrative Specialist certificate programs.
