Job Club

Job Club is a Bridge
Because learning and job preparation do not end at graduation, Job Club built a bridge between externship and employment. This bridge is built by combining the skills training needed for total job readiness with the personal support that builds the confidence necessary to overcome the frustrations of the job search.
What Happens at Job Club
Job Club meets every second and fourth Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Students and graduates are assessed individually and a job readiness development program is created for each person. Programs range in length from 1 to 6 months, or more depending on the needs of the student or graduate. During this time, goals are established, assignments are given (to be completed by the next meeting); progress is tracked and support is provided on all levels.
